It is a fundraiser that will help support the JC Lion's Club scholarship fund and other community projects.  They will also be doing a raffle that has been put together by contributions from our city merchants. It will be calling this our "Meet Your Merchants Raffle Baskets."  Our area merchants have donated over $100.00 in gas cards, dinners, candles, chocolates, hair products, free heating/air conditioning check ups, JC Indian hoodie, caps, an oil change and tire rotation.  The list goes on. 

 The response has been fabulous from our merchants so we are doing 3 baskets total.   Tickets will be $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.  (These side things also help raise money for our projects)

 The fish fry will be Saturday March 20th  at the Masonic Hall (501 Washington Ave) in Johnston City from 11-5pm.  Across the street from the city library and the police station.   Plate will include fried fish, french fries, hush puppies, coleslaw, drink and a dessert for $7.00.  Children 10 and under are 1/2 price. Tickets are available at the door or by contacting a local Lions Club member.
